Three Clocks does not provide live operational time information, aviation-security advice, legal advice, regulatory advice or emergency advice.

Exercise Mode may display fictional or simulated time. It must not be used as live operational information.

Time-zone results may be affected by device settings, daylight-saving changes, software limitations or changes to time-zone data. Users remain responsible for checking important times independently.

9B. TrainerClock

TrainerClock is intended to support:

• Training sessions
• Exercise preparation
• Timed activities
• Instructor prompts
• Session milestones
• Countdown activities
• Display and presentation use

It may allow users to:

• Set timers and milestones
• Create session notes
• Configure alerts
• Use speech playback
• Save layouts and settings locally
• Resume an interrupted session
• Start a new session
• Display a full-screen timer

TrainerClock is not a certified safety timer, emergency timer, medical timer or aviation operations system.

Users remain responsible for checking all important timings with an appropriate independent clock or timing source.

Any session recovery function is provided for convenience only. Recovered information may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

9C. Avsec Exercise Builder

Avsec Exercise Builder is intended to support the preparation and facilitation of fictional or planned aviation-security exercises.

It may include:

• Facilitator mode
• Participant mode
• Scenario questions
• Injects
• Timers
• Alerts
• Notes
• Reminders
• Question sets
• Scorecards
• Text-to-speech
• Microphone or speech-input features
• Save and restore functions
• Local browser storage

The application does not replace:

• Exercise governance
• Professional judgement
• Security risk assessment
• Emergency planning
• Regulatory approval
• Airport or airline procedures
• Competent facilitation
• Legal or operational advice

Users must not enter live sensitive security information, classified information, personal information or restricted operational details unless authorised.

Any scenario, question, score or suggested response is for exercise and learning purposes only.

9D. TravelCompanion

TravelCompanion is intended to support overseas training trips, airport visits and travel preparation.

TravelCompanion does not provide guaranteed live travel, safety, immigration, visa, hotel, taxi, airport or emergency information.

Qontext is a private question-practice tool intended to support preparation for:

• Offer different question types

Qontext does not:

• Assess answers
• Grade answers
• Judge answers
• Analyse answers
• Record answers
• Listen to answers
• Store answers
• Provide professional interview, legal, employment or regulatory advice

Users should not enter confidential or sensitive information into the application.

9F. AI-Assisted Tools and GPT Services

The Avsec Resilience website may provide access to AI-assisted tools, GPT services, chat-based tools or other automated information services.

These services:

• Are provided for general information, education and professional development
• May produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable responses
• Must not be treated as legal, regulatory, aviation, security, safety, medical or operational advice
• Must not be used as the sole basis for a professional or safety-critical decision

AvsecTV is the Avsec Resilience YouTube channel and may provide videos, explainers, interviews, demonstrations and educational content relating to aviation security, resilience, travel, training and related subjects.

AvsecTV content is provided for general information, education and professional development.

The content:

• May not always be current
• May contain opinions or simplified explanations
• Does not constitute legal, regulatory, safety, security or operational advice
• Must not be used as the sole basis for a professional decision
• May link to third-party websites or services
• May be changed, removed or made unavailable without notice

Users should check important information against appropriate official and current sources.

YouTube’s own terms, privacy policy and other platform rules also apply when users access AvsecTV content.

9H. Global UAS and Counter-UAS Source Hub

The Global UAS and Counter-UAS Source Hub provides links, references, maps, summaries and educational material relating to unmanned aircraft systems and counter-UAS topics.

The Hub is provided for research, awareness, education and professional development.

It does not provide:

• Regulatory approval
• Live threat intelligence
• Operational security instructions

• Permission to conduct UAS or counter-UAS activity
